Syed Humayun Kabir, the Founder and Patron of SAJIDA Foundation, was the Chairman and Managing Director of Pfizer Laboratories (Bangladesh) Limited for 21 years. He is a trustee of the Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) and is currently the Chairman of Renata Limited. He is one of the founders of Transparency International, Bangladesh Chapter and had been the Chairman of BRAC over 20 years. Currently, he is the Director of BRAC Bank and the member of the Governing Body of BRAC.

Sajida Humayun Kabir is the First Vice-President of National Executive Committee of the Society for the Welfare of Intellectually Disabled (SWID).  She is also one of the Directors of Renata Limited and Special Olympics Bangladesh (SOB). She is also Member of the National Association for Sports for Persons with Intellectual Disability (NASPD) as well as the Trust for the Welfare of the Intellectually Disabled (TWID).

Syed S. Kaiser Kabir is an M.Phil in Economics from the University of Oxford. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Renata Limited. He was a consultant of the World Bank from 1991 to 1993.

Md. Shafiul Alam is an FCA and the General Manager (Finance) and Company Secretary of Renata Limited. He is also a Director of Renata Agro Industries Limited and a Member of Lions Club International.

Zahida Fizza Kabir has a Masters Degree in International and Intercultural Management from the School of International Training, Brattleboro, Vermont, USA. She was the recipient of the Begum Rokeya Shining Personality Award 2006 for poverty alleviation. She has been instrumental in bringing SAJIDA from a small education program from destitute children to one of the leading NGOs in the country.

Owais Salam is a C.A. Intermediate. He is the Chief Operating Officer of a Private Concern and a consultant in the poultry sector.

Khalida Fahmi was the Deputy Director General (Program) of Bangladesh Television (BTV), worked on contract in BRAC as Manager, Publications after retirement.  She is currently associated with various philanthropic organizations.

Shib Narayan Kairy is currently the Director of Finance and Accounts of BRAC, the largest Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in the world.

Erum Mariam is an M.B.A from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), has an MSC in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Dhaka and is the Former Head of the Education Program (EDP) of BRAC. She is currently on study leave and is enrolled as a PhD candidate in the University of Cambridge.

Junayed Ahmed Chowdhury is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London and an Advocate. Currently, he is in charge of the practice and administration of Temple Court Chambers, Dhaka Annexe, a Barrister’s Chamber specializing in Corporate and Commercial matters.

Sajeda Farisa Kabir is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London and an Advocate.  She was the Senior Regional Manager of the Social Development, Human Rights and Legal Services Program of BRAC. Currently, she is in charge of the practice and administration of Temple Court Chambers, Dhaka Annexe, a Barrister’s Chamber specializing in contentious and non-contentious Corporate and Commercial matters.

Nurul Islam is a Commerce graduate from Dhaka University (1962) and has a post-graduate diploma is personal management from Bangladesh Institute of Management. He has been the Personnel Manager of Renata Limited since 1993.
